Pug Nation LA

I owe my whole being to Pug Nation LA.  They are a registered 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, care, and placement of abandoned, neglected, unwanted, displaced, and abused pugs. They score the animal shelters for pugs who have been found or abandoned and have their own owner relinquishment program for those who find they are unable to take care of their pugs for whatever reason. 


They work with Pug Rescue of Korea and so many pugs find themselves going from the streets of Korea to sunny boardwalks in LA.


They host monthly adoptions and a number of fun fundraising events, inc  including their annual Pugtacular Festival held in October and Legendary Bingo nights at Hamburger Mary’s in West Hollywood. Come and join in these events...it's all for the pugs!

The Pug Queen

The Pug Queen aka Izabella St. James is a long time pug rescue volunteer, a foster mom, and a pug rescuer and is the founder of The Pug Queen Foundation, an LA based registered 501c3 non-profit organization. You can adopt out-of-state and to Canada but the adopter is required to pick up the pug in person.
